AV Event Production · Houston, Texas

A strategically produced event creates value far beyond what happens in the room.

LV Branding connects technical production with content strategy. Sound, lighting, LED screens, projection, live switching, broadcasting, and capture are planned as one system, turning the event into content that can continue working across campaigns, social media, internal communications, and future promotions.

A vendor brings gear. A production partner brings a plan.

LV Branding connects creative direction, technical production, content capture, and post-production under one strategy. We arrive with a run of show, content plan, shot list, distribution brief, and delivery timeline, so the value of the event continues after the lights go down.

Plan for what happens after the room clears

The strongest event content is not rescued in the edit. It is planned before production begins. From the first conversation, we identify what the event needs to accomplish, what must be captured, and how each asset will continue working across the brand’s channels.

Branding and production

What We Cover

Live AV Production

Audio engineering, lighting design, LED screens, projection, live switching, broadcasting, and on-site technical direction for corporate conferences, brand activations, product launches, and private events.

Live Capture

Multi-camera video production, event photography, and real-time content capture planned to document the experience while creating valuable assets for what comes next.

Event Content Strategy

A content plan developed before production begins, identifying the moments, messages, and deliverables that can extend the event through social coverage, recap films, speaker highlights, testimonials, and press materials.

Corporate Events

All-hands meetings, leadership summits, annual conferences, and client events produced with the technical precision and brand consistency your organization requires.

Brand Activations

Experiential events built around your brand strategy, where visuals, sound, content, and audience interaction work together to reinforce the message people should remember.

Who we do this for

Corporate brands

Organizations planning conventions, product launches or shareholder meetings that need to communicate authority through a graphic line that matches their brand.

Nonprofit galas and fundraising

Foundations and institutions that need to tell a moving story, lift the donor experience and give sponsors the visibility they were promised.

Festivals and community events

Organisers of large-scale gatherings who need to hold an audience with dynamic screen content, live streaming and interactive moments.

Sport and live entertainment

Productions that demand multi-camera coverage without latency, on-screen replays, real-time lower thirds and fast-moving sponsor cues.

Associations and institutional congresses

Summits and symposia that need an ordered narrative, a properly built run of show, and strict timing discipline.

Event agencies and general producers

Teams that already have the venue and the technical rig but need a partner for creative direction, screen design and the concept behind the experience.

Why bring in LV Branding's creative direction if the venue already provides screens and audio?

Because the technology is only the support. Screens and lighting do not communicate on their own. We handle the strategic concept, the visual narrative, the structure and the graphic pieces, all built from your brand, so the content holds the room and serves your commercial objectives.

How do you run production if our event is outside the United States?

We develop the communication strategy, the graphic design, the screen visuals and a properly structured run of show. Through remote creative direction we guide and supervise the local technical crew in real time, which is how we hold the standard in Latin America and Spain.

What graphic assets and materials do you deliver for the event?

The complete graphic line, adapted to the venue's screen formats; opening and transition films; brand animation; executive slide design; support building the run of show; and the master material afterwards for your corporate record.

Do you offer on-site coverage and production for events in the United States?

Yes. From our base in Houston, Texas, we provide on-site coverage, technical rigging, camera direction, lighting systems and live operation in any U.S. city.

How far ahead should we start the production process?

For a solid concept, clean graphic design and a run of show with almost no margin for error, we recommend starting 10 to 15 weeks out. That said, we scale the requirement to the size of the event and your own timeline.

Have you directed international events without being on site?

Yes, regularly. Our remote creative direction and production method exists precisely to remove the geography problem. Brands do not need an entire team to fly in to hold a global standard. What they need is a solid strategy, clean graphics and a run of show that is coordinated to the second. We design the full visual architecture, produce the screen content and coordinate directly with the venue's local suppliers and technical crew so every second runs as planned. That is how we hold the same quality, rigour and brand aesthetic in Latin America or Spain that we deliver on site in the United States.

Why do you not publish photos or video from all of your international events?

Strict confidentiality agreements, and respect for the production agencies who bring us in as their creative arm. We guarantee discretion and brand protection to the organizations that trust us with this work. We operate as the industry's ghostwriter: we carry the heavy design work, the narrative strategy and the rigour of the run of show, and you and your team take the credit in front of your client or audience. In technical sessions we do share animation demos, LED screen graphic packages, render tests and run-of-show structures, which show the rigour, adaptability and quality of what we deliver.

Can you produce an event for a bilingual audience?

Yes. Run of show, presenter support, captions and the content captured afterwards can all be produced in English and Spanish, so the recap that circulates after the event works for everyone who was in the room.

"Luis & Yex, First, how can we ever thank you enough for all that you did to make the Arts Fest happen? You both gave so many hours of your precious time. We were so lucky to have so many amazing board members and volunteers but what you did was far more than anyone else involved. It was because of YOU that we were so successful!! Your talents are UNBELIEVABLE! Y'all are amazing at everything you touch! It is funny to think back on the initial meeting when we asked for your help with a logo. Oh boy. We were so short-sighted! You opened our eyes to so much more. Love y'all so much! Stacy"
