We developed a digital and experiential marketing strategy that helped an Italian gelateria become one of the premium community staples. This approach built strong local brand loyalty and supported a successful expansion to Bridgeland.

Gelato & Co (Cremeria Italiana Consulting ) is not just an ice cream shop; it is a direct culinary link to Bologna, Italy. Operating under the leadership of “Cremeria Italiana,” the brand ensures an uncompromising standard. However, their flagship Texas location at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch, a high-traffic area, required a brand presence that matched this logistical effort.


LV Branding partnered with Gelato & Co to turn their 'made from scratch' philosophy into a strong local strategy. We helped them go from just another shop in a busy shopping center to a true destination. By combining a smooth e-commerce experience with warm, traditional hospitality, we made sure the online journey was as enjoyable as the gelato.

Problem Statement

Although Gelato & Co offered a superior product, it faced challenges in justifying a premium price in a competitive suburban market. The company needed to:

1. Elevate Perceived Value: Visually and experientially communicate the distinction between “store-bought ice cream” and “authentic artisanal gelato” through visual and experiential means.

2. Drive Recurring Foot Traffic: Convert casual visitors into loyal customers using targeted retention strategies.

▸ Authenticity & Atmosphere: We anchored the content strategy in the 'Cremeria Italiana' heritage, educating the market on the density and superior flavor profile that separates authentic gelato from standard ice cream. To bring this quality to life, we curated immersive seasonal campaigns featuring high-end live musicians, transforming a simple dessert run into a premium sensory experience.

Our marketing and digital updates made Gelato & Co one of the top dessert spots in West Houston. This directly supported their growth and helped the brand stay strong:

▸ Enabled Expansion to Bridgeland: The strong brand and loyal customers built at LaCenterra gave Gelato & Co the stability needed to open a second Texas location in Bridgeland (Cypress).
