Before we spec a single screen, we sit down with you to understand your event, your audience, and your sponsors. We review your venue, your program schedule, and what the broadcast needs to accomplish, then align on the technical approach that will make it perform.

Production Planning & Technical Design
Based on our strategy session, we build a full production plan: screen sizing and placement, camera positions, graphics package, and sponsor integration points. You'll know exactly what's being produced and why , before we ever load in equipment.

Live Production
On event day, our team handles setup, live camera direction, real-time broadcasting, and on-screen graphics, start to finish. We work in sync with your event production partners so the AV feels like a seamless part of the event, not a separate operation running alongside it.
